Chacott Rhythmic gymnastic ball is crafted to ensure you can attain the best performance. The soft moist rubber texture gives perfect grip to control and ease of movement. You can twist, swirl and turn with the ball without any resistance and let it flow right with your routine.

Care recommendations:
- When you need to deflate/inflate the ball, put soapy watered needle of Air pump into the ball vertically
- Do not leave the ball in places of high temperature or in the sun for a long time. It will cause damage to the ball such as color change, cracks, and deflation.
- Recommended to use Chacott ball bags or put into any cloth material bags to keep the quality ( Do not use any plastic bags)
- When you need to clean the ball, wipe gently with a wet cloth and dry naturally. Recommend to use Chacott microfiber cloth
- It is made for rhythmic gymnastic purpose. Do not use in other purpose without a certain trainer

Exchange/Return Policy:
* No exchange/refund for rhythmic gymnastics equipment
* No exchange/ refund for rhythmic gymnastics leotards
* Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept exchange/returns for inner wears such as body liners and briefs
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or would like to exchange it for another size or item, you can exchange/return your order within 7 days from the day of delivery
- Products must be in the condition you received them,with price tags on and in the original box and/or packaging
- Item should be exchanged/returned with original receipt
- If 7 days have passed since the day of delivery, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
- The delivery fees are non refundable unless you received the wrong order or products were received damaged
- The exchange/return item can be sent to us through any courier company or a pick up can be arranged at a cost of 25 AED
- If you wish to exchange/return the item in person, you can visit our office on Sundays and Tuesdays 10 am - 2 pm. Contact us to arrange a suitable time
- Refunds will be made on to the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the bank of the card used
- If the item was purchased as Cash on Delivery, the refund will be made via bank transfer
- If orders shipped to international destinations [Outside UAE], the Customer has to pay for Return Shipping Charges.
