Exchange/Return Policy:

If you  are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or would like to exchange it for another size or item, you can exchange/return your order within 14 days from the day of delivery

• Products must be in the condition you received them,unworn, with price tags on and in the original box and/or packaging
• Item should be exchanged/returned with original receipt 
• If 14 days have passed since the day of delivery, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
• The delivery fees are non refundable unless you received the wrong order or products were received damaged
• The exchange/return item can be sent to us through any courier company or a pick up can be arranged at a cost of 25 AED
• If you wish to exchange/return the item in person, you can visit our retail store on in Palm Jumeirah, Golden Mile 3, 10 am - 7 pm.
• Refunds will be made on to the original mode of payment and will be processed within 2-14days depending on the bank of the card used
• If the item was purchased as Cash on Delivery, the refund will be made via bank transfer
• If orders shipped to international destinations [Outside UAE], the Customer is to pay for Return Shipping Charges.

* No exchange/ refund for rhythmic gymnastics competition leotards

* Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept exchange/returns for inner wears such as undergarments and tights
