RETURNS POLICY

Exchange/Return Policy:

* No exchange/refund for rhythmic gymnastics equipment

* No exchange/ refund for rhythmic gymnastics leotards

* Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept exchange/returns for inner wears such as body liners and briefs

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or would like to exchange it for another size or item, you can exchange/return your order within 7 days from the day of delivery. Products must be in the condition you received them, with price tags on and in the original box and/or packaging. Item should be exchanged/returned with original receipt.

If 7 days have passed since the day of delivery, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange. The delivery fees are non refundable unless you received the wrong order or products were received damaged.

The exchange/return item can be sent to us through any courier company or a pick up can be arranged at a cost of 25 AED.

If you wish to exchange/return the item in person, you can visit our office on Sundays and Tuesdays 10 am - 2 pm. Contact us to arrange a suitable time.

Refunds will be made on to the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the bank of the card used. If the item was purchased as Cash on Delivery, the refund will be made via bank transfer.

Delivery within UAE:

All orders are processed within 1-3 working days, Sunday -Thursday Orders are not shipped or delivered on Fridays / Public Holidays.

All orders are sent through a trusted courier company Shipment cost is 20 AED per order. Free shipping for orders above 250 AED

International Shipment:

We make order delivery across the entire Middle East and Northern Africa regions. All orders are processed within 2-5 working days Sunday -Thursday. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Fridays / Public Holidays.

All orders are sent through a trusted courier company.
Shipment cost is calculated at checkout based on the destination and total weight of ordered items. Shipment costs do not include your local taxes or duties
Free shipping for orders above 250 AED is not applicable Cash on Delivery method cannot be used (Only online payment).
