If you are not fully satisfied with the items received,you have 7 days from the delivery to return or exchange an item.
We only accept return/exchange for items that are in original condition, unused, with price tags in place and original receipt.
We do NOT accept return/exchange for:
● Rhythmic gymnastics equipment
● Rhythmic gymnastics competition leotards
● Due to hygiene reasons, no exchange/returns for inner wears such as body liners, briefs and tights
● The exchange/return item can be sent to us through any courier company or we can arrange a pick up at a cost of 20 AED within UAE.
● For international orders[Outside UAE], the Customer will pay for Return Shipping Charges based on your countries shipping rates.
● If you wish to exchange/return the item in person, you can visit our store in Palm Jumeirah, Golden Mile Building 3, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We are open everyday 10 am - 7pm.
● The delivery fees are non refundable unless you received the wrong order or products were received damaged.
● Refund will be processed within 10 working days.

Shipping fee within UAE is 22 AED.
Shipping fee for orders in the GCC region is calculated at checkout based on the total weight of ordered items (Shipment costs do not include your local taxes or duties).
